Best Stress Relief Meditation Podcast for Calming Anxiety: Joanne Williams Shares a meditation to teach you how to Create Your Meditation Practice. Sit back and relax and just feel what it can feel like to be relaxed in your own house or your own mind. Create a place in your own home that is comfortable and quiet.

Create a space, comfy chair, quiet place, light a candle, to create ambiance.  Bring a beautiful scene in front of you that helps with the visualization of your favorite place.

I will be taking you through steps and taps are from Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT. For a calming relaxing letting down of stress and being able to know that you have a way to create relaxation

We are going to create your meditation practice today in this relaxation meditation. We are going to create a space in our home, our heart, and our head. As we breathe just say “open heart, soft belly” Now let go of any thoughts. I want you to just allow them to come and go. They will come back, don't think they are not going to, you’re not doing anything wrong.

The visualization just helps our mind to go someplace that we are in control of instead of it going back to being busy with what you need to do. Your duties will be there, leave them at the door or now. What is the visualization we want to create today? I want you to think about your favorite spot, see it, picture it. Mine is a garden, lashing green. See the colors of your visualization. Vivid bright greens of ivy and the leaves are just sparkling with dew.

You want to elicit as many of your senses possible. You see the beauty, you smell the smells, you feel what it feels like as you brush against things. Whether it’s in nature, in my garden I touch the rose, the soft rose I feel the sand and I know I am safe and all is well here it is always well here, it always brings me peace to be here. In my scene.

Feeling the nothingness. Allowing the peace to come. Being comforted. Building your strength for the day, asking for help from your guardian angels, they will come. Feel them around you. Listen, listen for the answer.

As we come back into our world. I want you to keep in your practice saying 3 things you’re grateful for. Just say them to yourself whatever they may be.

Just know there are many and have your practice be that you are so grateful, thankful, joyful about…That is the space of creation, of goodness coming towards you. Be that.

And let's just thank all of our support systems that have allowed you to have this time today, just thank them. Be grateful for this time for yourself, that you’ve allowed it that you’re practicing it, that you want it. This is wonderful. And you can continue this if you choose for longer. Each day I hope you make it a little longer. Maybe add some music that is easy to attach. And you can continue this and create your playlist of meditation that just brings you there quickly.

Bring this feeling into the world, Share it as you walk through the world now you are emitting a vibration of peace and love. Joy, love, peace in your day. Go with love.
